I say this because If I were doing the spread sheet right now, I would be fighting sleep and might have a repeat of yesterday

So in order to truly stay awake, my mind must be active and entertained with something it likes and/or finds interesting.
Oh and food, I found out when I worked for the DOIM for the MD national guard that everyday round 10ish if I don't eat then, I'm in trouble. I will fall asleep harder due to lack of NRG harder than I would if I had a hard work out. So I must eat every 4 hours or snack, can't be heavy food, that will put me to sleep too.
